Ligné Agency is a full service Public Relations and Business Development firm specifically for the Interior Design industry. Services include public relations, product placement, marketing, brand development, distribution, sales support and licensing.

Meredith Xavier obtained her B.A. in Art History from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and her M.A. in the Fine and Decorative Arts from the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. She studied architecture at Oxford University in England and traveled extensively through Europe while completing her dissertation. Meredith worked as a researcher and writer for the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston before entering the decorative arts world as an auction coordinator for Christie's Auction House in Beverly Hills, California. Her passion for the decorative arts and interior design industry led her to start Ligné Agency in 2009.

At the end of 2010, Meredith opened her second office in Sao Paulo, Brasil and then further expanded to Houston, Texas in 2011 to serve the growing presence of her clients across the country. In 2012, Meredith became the United States Agent for Windfall Contemporary Crystal Lighting, where she now heads distribution and sales nationally for the brand. She currently resides with her husband and daughter in Houston, Texas.
